Employee Assistance Program

Administered by Aetna Resources for Living, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential program for you, your family and all household members. The services are offered to you at no cost.

EAP Benefit

  • Each member of your household receives eight in-person counseling visits per issue, per year
  • Unlimited telephonic access
  • 24-hour crisis response by licensed counselors, seven days a week

Confidential Clinical Counseling

EAP benefits include up to eight sessions per incident per calendar year and can help with issues such as:

  • Anger
  • Bereavement or grief
  • Depression/anxiety
  • Marital/relationship
  • Parenting
  • Stress management
  • Substance abuse
  • Work conflict

Work & Life Services

Here are just a few of the work and life services available to you and your family:
