We’re excited to have you join our family and can’t wait to see you succeed in your new role! We provide employees with the opportunity to participate in comprehensive benefits that meet the needs of employees and their family members.

You must make your benefits elections within 31 days of your date of hire. If you do not enroll for coverage during your eligibility period, you must wait until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you have a qualifying event.

Choose Carefully!

The benefits you select during enrollment will stay in place through March 31, 2020, unless you have a qualifying event as defined by the IRS. Examples of a qualifying event include:

  • You have a change in your marital status
  • You have a baby or adopt a child
  • Your dependent child loses eligibility due to age or marriage
  • You become disabled
  • You end your employment with CCU
  • You or an enrolled dependent passes away
  • Your spouse/domestic partner gains or loses coverage

You must notify Human Resources within 31 days of the qualifying event. Benefits elections will then remain in force for the remainder of the benefit plan year.
